Valohai deployments utilize a file called requirements-deployment.txt to specify libraries required for the endpoint. If this file doesn’t exist, Valohai will look for a requirements.txt file.
To set up your library dependencies:
- Create “requirements-deployment.txt”: Begin by creating a file named
requirements-deployment.txt. - List Libraries: In this file, list all the necessary libraries, such as
sqlalchemyjust as you would in a standardrequirements.txtfile.
These libraries will always be installed whenever a new endpoint is constructed. This ensures that your deployment environment has all the essential dependencies in place.
