Access Organization Settings
- In the top-right corner of the screen, click on your username, which will appear as “

Navigate to the Environments Tab
- Within the organization management interface, locate and click on the “Environments” tab.

Configure Environment Settings
- You can now configure the settings for each environment as needed. These settings include:
- Enabled: Determines whether users can utilize this environment for their executions.
- Allow Personal Usage: Specifies whether users can use this environment in projects not owned by the organization.
- Scale-Down Grace Period: Indicates how many minutes Valohai should wait after the last completed execution before scaling down the machine. The default value is 15 minutes, allowing you to start a new execution quickly without waiting for machine spin-up and resource setup.
- Min. Scale: Defines the minimum number of machines Valohai should keep running. By default, this is set to 0.
- Max. Scale: Sets the maximum number of machines Valohai can launch in parallel. The default value is 5. After reaching the maximum, new executions will be queued and executed once a machine becomes available, based on your cloud provider’s quota.
- Per-User Quota: Specifies how many machines one user can run in parallel. The default value is 0, indicating no limit.
